Get Started!

Training for the Sole Sisters Women’s 5K and Sole Sisters Women’s Quarter & Half Marathon + 5K is FREE.

There’s no better way to get ready for Sole Sisters, than to train with Sole Sisters!

We host free SOCIALS in the SPRING and FALL but we take a break for WINTER. We are training now, join us to get in shape or stay in shape. We meet Wednesdays at 6pm at 45 Graham’s Grove, Dartmouth. Or you can use the guides we provide here to train on your own.

SOCIALS are an opportunity to run or walk with a community of Sole Sisters.  Your Race Director will also attend as many races and race expos throughout the year as possible so look out for ON THE ROAD SOCIALS which take place all over the Maritimes, including Yarmouth, Cape Breton, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island! We haven’t planned the 2019 schedule yet.

Training & Socials

Please consider joining us at one of these SOCIALS or at a RACE that we recommend you consider too! You’ll find other Sole Sisters to meet, run with, walk with. Plus, your Sole Sisters Race Director will have with her the 2019 medals and give-away swag (yep, she’s like that, giving stuff away).

Sunday, January 28, 2019 (Date Not Confirmed Yet) – MEC Race in Point Pleasant Park, Halifax, Nova Scotia
