Training for the Sole Sisters Women’s 5K and Sole Sisters Women’s Quarter & Half Marathon + 5K is FREE.

There’s no better way to get ready for Sole Sisters, than to train with Sole Sisters!

We host our SOCIALS leading up to each event, both within the Halifax Regional Municipality and across Atlantic Canada. Last year, our ON THE ROAD SOCIALS took Sole Sisters Race Director Stacy to 13 communities, including Yarmouth, Cape Breton, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island!
