Training for the Sole Sisters Women’s 5K and Sole Sisters Women’s Quarter & Half Marathon + 5K is FREE.

There’s no better way to get ready for Sole Sisters, than to train with Sole Sisters!

We host our SOCIALS leading up to each event, both within the Halifax Regional Municipality and across Atlantic Canada. ON THE ROAD SOCIALS take place all over the Maritimes, and in the past have included Yarmouth, Cape Breton, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island!

Every time you attend a SOCIAL you will get an inspiration band. Use this to motivate and inspire you! See you soon!

Sunday, April 23rd in Liverpool, NS Join “Run Our Shore 5K” Psst. Since Race Director Stacy is volunteering, you’ll already have a cheering squad – wear purple so we know it’s you! Don’t have a Sole Sisters shirt yet? Find Stacy… you will!

Sunday, May 7th in, Yarmouth, NS 1:00pm @ Gateway Fuels (241 Pleasant Street)

Thursday, May 11th in Truro, NS 6:00pm @ Bible Hill Fire Hall (69 Pictou Road) – We’ll be joining the Truro Run Tribe for their workout!

Saturday, May 13th in Antigonish, NS 10:00am @ The Library (283 Main Street)

*We have not set the schedule for SOCIALS leading up to the 5K, Quarter & Half Marathon races on October 1, 2017 but expect they will begin the first week of August.
