There’s no better way to get ready for Sole Sisters, than to train with Sole Sisters!
We host free weekly SOCIALS in the SPRING and FALL but we take a break for WINTER. Spring training starts soon, join us to get in shape or stay in shape. Locally we meet Thursdays at 6pm at 45 Graham’s Grove, Dartmouth.
And thanks to PEI Ambassador Diane starting one week later on Thursday, April 18th we will meet Thursdays at 6pm from 370 Water Street, Summerside, Prince Edward Island.
Socials are usually done by 7:00pm. You do not have to be registered for the race to join us at a SOCIAL. Come out, give us a try and see if you like what you find.
SOCIALS are an opportunity to run or walk with a community of Sole Sisters. Sole Sisters Race Director Stacy will also attend many races and race expos throughout the year.
