Training for the Sole Sisters Women’s 5K and Sole Sisters Women’s Quarter & Half Marathon + 5K is FREE.

There’s no better way to get ready for Sole Sisters, than to train with Sole Sisters!

We host our SOCIALS leading up to each event, both within the Halifax Regional Municipality and across Atlantic Canada. ON THE ROAD SOCIALS take place all over the Maritimes, including Yarmouth, Cape Breton, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island! Just go to the tab for training and socials to see the 2018 schedule.

Please consider joining us at one of these SOCIALS or at a RACE that we recommend you consider too! You’ll find other Sole Sisters to meet, run with, walk with. Plus, your Sole Sisters Race Director will have with her the 2018 swag. So come see your race shirt, tartan race wrap, tutu and medal.

Saturday, March 31st – 10am – 12pm SPRING TUNE UP at Soles In Motion, 133 Baker Drive, Dartmouth. We will start with a walk or run at 10am and then have two talks with FREE shoe give-aways!!

Thursday, April 12th OPEN HOUSE at Tara MacDonald Fit Club, 133 Baker Drive, Dartmouth from 4:45-7:45pm. Swing by anytime as its an open house but know the SOCIAL walk or run will go at 6pm. There will be Sole Sisters SWAG prizes for everyone that stops by regardless of time!

The Dartmouth SOCIALS will begin on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 from 45 Graham’s Grove, Dartmouth. Meet us every Wednesdays from 6pm-7pm for a walk or a run on the actual race course. Mark your calendar now for April 18th; April 25; May 2; May 9; May 16;  May 23; May 30 and June 6.

Saturday, May 12 – 9am at 995 Hwy 215, Newport. We will be at the BREAD RUN 5K/10K so come join us for the race or just talk to us afterwards as we’ll be set up inside where the yummy food will be!

Friday, May 25th – Friday night shake out run/walk. Meet at 5:30pm at Hearthstone Inn, Port Hawkesbury, Cape Breton SOCIAL from 5:30-6:30pm. Race Director Stacy will likely stick around for dinner.  This is one of three hotel properties, the Dartmouth location of this hotel is only 200 meters from the finish/start line of Sole Sisters Women’s Race.

Sunday, June 3rdBrigadoon Wine Dash* if you participate in this event and Sole Sisters then you’ll get a 3rd medal at Sole Sisters.

Wednesday, June 6 – 6pm at 45 Graham’s Grove for Dartmouth SOCIAL

And after all this training, you get to celebrate with your Sole Sisters Women’s 5K race on Saturday, June 9, 2018.
