Sole Sisters Getting Social!
We’re getting even more social this year, with NEW Sole Sisters Parties!
We’ve decided, we love our Sole Sisters so much, we just can’t wait for our fall or spring training socials to get together again.
Thanks to the AMAZING support of our sponsors, Kaitlyn Beaver, Tara MacDonald & Scott Walsh we are offering free Sole Sisters Supporter Parties. This is our list and you can find links to register on our facebook page. On Friday, September 13, 2019 – BLACK CAT FRIDAY; Friday October 4, 2019 – 1990s TRIVIA PARTY; Friday, November 9, 2019 – UGLY CHRISTMAS SWEATER SKATE; Friday, April 24, 2020 – KAITLYN’S KITCHEN PARTY and finally the one we are all waiting for on Friday, May 1st BUS to VALLEY VINEYARD, The Cellar at Lightfoot & Wolfville. Sole Sisters Supporter Parties are open to past, present and future Sole Sisters. They are free and they are meant to be fun without us walking or running (yes it is possible). If you don’t have them yet, we think you will find your Tutu Tribe in 2020!
Training for the Sole Sisters is FREE.
SOCIALS are free training opportunities that help you to start or simply give you company for your walk or run in three provinces. So, plan to join us to get in shape or stay in shape in Yarmouth, Dartmouth, Fredericton and Summerside.
Socials are free and usually done in one hour. You do not have to be registered for the race to join us at a SOCIAL. FALL 2019 SOCIALS are Wednesdays, October 16, 25, 30, November 6, 13, 20 from 6-7pm at 45 Graham’s Grove, Dartmouth. SPRING 2020 SOCIALS are Thursdays, April 23, 30, May 7, 14, 21, 28 and June 4th. Come out, give us a try and see if you like what you find. On May 7th in Dartmouth, NS and May 30th in Fredericton, NB we will bring medals to any girl that comes to a SOCIAL. We believe in the power of bling to motivate and since only 4% of girls achieve the recommended daily levels of physical activity, invite a girl you know to join us.
If these locations don’t work for you, keep in mind you can use the guides below to train on your own, or better yet become an ambassador in your community!
